We had one of our air condensers stop working in our in-law suite. We contacted numerous hvac a/c companies that were either too busy or wouldn’t answer the phone. We contacted wtech22 heating and cooling late in the evening and they came the very next day. After patiently spending a lot of time figuring out which breaker was the correct lead to the unit he discovered that one of the fuses in the fuse box was toast. Because it is an older unit, he had to special order it. So unfortunately it took a few days to receive it. When he was finally able to stop by from his busy schedule (had to wait a couple extra days as they were doing installs in another town), he successfully got the unit back up and running! Wilson was great and very hard working. I had them replace my 15 year old tank water heater with a new tankless system and had them replace my 30 year old boiler with a new one. Both were working fine, but I knew they were getting old and wanted to replace them before it became an emergency.They started with the boiler and initially had troubles getting my upstairs zone back up and running, but Wilson worked long and late hours to pinpoint the issue and get it corrected. Next they moved on to the water heater and again worked long hours to make sure it got back up and running the same day they started the project so we didn't have to live without hot water for any period of time.Wilson was very professional as was his crew. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services. They will do it fast and right.

Wilson and his team at wtech22 restored my faith in honest hard working HVAC professionals who care about their customers. During the Easter holiday weekend, our old boiler started leaking at the heat exchanger and was a lost cause; no heat nor hot water. Wilson sympathized greatly with our family and despite the holiday, stopped by immediately and gave a very competitive written estimate. When we made a decision to move forward, he dropped what he was doing and started the same day. I assumed he was stopping by to collect down payment but much to our surprise, he and his whole team showed up with the new system and parts in tow and got to work straight away. Mr. Sanchez fixed a leak in my water heater in Fairfield, CT. Even before I scheduled an appt with him, he instructed me over FaceTime, at 9 PM, how to turn the water off so my basement didn't flood. This was just out of pure generosity, and after I had called more than 10 other plumbers.Next day he came early to fully fix the leaky valve. Wtech22 Heating and Cooling service and pricing were outstanding. I strongly recommend them for heating and air conditioning replacement and maintenance.I had another firm examine my two furnaces. They found many issues including that one furnace should be replaced. They gave me a quote and was pressuring me to replace the furnace immediately. I called Wtech22 to confirm the problems and get a quote for what needed to be done. They confirmed that one should be replaced soon but the other furnace's "problems" were not normal, but not a problem. I didn't need to spend extra money to fix something that wasn't broken.The two companies gave me equivalent quotes for replacing the furnace. Wtech22's quote was significantly lower with better rated furnaces. Summary on costs - Wtech22 saved on repairs that were not needed and on the new furnace.Outstanding service! In addition to replacing the existing furnace, we asked to have the heating broken up into two zones. Wtech22 figured out how to do it efficiently and effectively at a reasonable additional cost that I'm sure ended up to be below their cost. The result was great for the master bedroom, which was the primary reason for the zone. However, the master bath on that zone was not coming up to the desired temperature. Wtech22 came out quickly to investigate and made a simple recommendation to alter air flow.All work was done professionally and cheerfully with very little cleanup needed. Wtech22 has a great team of workers that were a pleasure to be with during the replacement.

I had an emergency no-heat call. My first call to Astacio resulted in an appointment 4 days later. I called another 5 companies that all say 24-hour emergency service, and none of them could make it and some charged up to $500 just for coming out. I then called wtech22 and Wilson (owner) immediately picked up. He had three other calls that afternoon/evening, but said he would drive down to Stamford to help after he was finished with those. He arrived shortly after 8pm and fixed the problem within an hour. True testament of excellent customer service is when a worst-case scenario is handled with the upmost professionalism and best interest of the consumer. We had our combi boiler fail in the last week. This left our household without heat or hot water as the temps dropped into the 20s overnight. After our Furnace died last year, we had to make the decision to fix or replace our 20+ year old furnace. I did alot of research, wanting to get the best service and price. Highly recommended! My AC broke down at the onset of the heat wave. I called my go-to HVAC company, a well-established large service provider, but they could only get to me in two days. Tolerating two full days and two nights of extreme heat was not an option. Based on its 5-star reviews, I contacted wTech22 at around 3 PM, and Wilson squeezed me into his day's schedule.
